Jenn Keys Background

While I was attending ACTCM, I was struck by a drunk driver while I was riding my motorcycle. My injury was quite severe; I was given a 50% chance of losing my foot. I underwent several surgeries and I worked extensively with my teachers and classmates to heal my leg. This experience deepened my appreciation and belief in the healing power of acupuncture and herbs. I credit most of my healing success directly to Traditional Chinese Medicine.

As a result of that experience, I have become particularly adept at dealing with traumatic injury cases.  Because I have personally experienced the long term effects of a traumatic injury, I have come to understand that the process involves the need not only for physical healing, but for psychological healing as well.  My experience of having been seriously injured, and of having healed from that, uniquely equips me to be able to assist others with their healing.
